Contract Collection and Reporting Services

Due Diligence chartWe can take away the headache of collecting, disbursing and reporting for investments in real estate receivables. We collect payments made on real estate receivables and disburse the monthly payments to investors. We keep track of the interest portion and the principal balance after each payment, and report the required tax information to the IRS. Account history can be reviewed online, using a secured password. All reports are mailed in time for tax reporting.

1:1 Ratio Receivables

A one-to-one ratio receivable transaction simply means we purchase an individual receivable and package it for sale to one individual.

The purchasers have the opportunity to evaluate the receivables based on all of our due diligence findings. We complete the leg work to help ensure that their purchases are sound. As experienced purchasers ourselves, we strive to always operate from a "worst case scenario" mentality. Our approach is to avoid purchasing a receivable if we would not want to own the property in the event of a foreclosure. We think about what is best from the client's perspective.

Additional Products

Our additional products include real estate receivable products that provide high-yield (generally, 7%-12%) and stable returns. Our goal is to help clients preserve their capital and provide them with predictable cash flows. We conduct extensive due diligence on these products, and believe that our nearly 30 years of experience with real estate receivables helps us to provide steady and secure returns for our clients that meet their particular needs.
